I'm really pleased with the outcome of the experiment this week...42.743056 mpg!!!!! I could have easily gotten over 500 miles out of this tank but I wanted to be true to science and fill up at the same time of day, and I was quite excited to know the results. I noticed that my gas guage always registers higher in the afternoon when temps are higher, so I went with the same reading...That means the experiment will continue and I'll try to repeat or better the outcome. Some days are just better than others aye?
